Car Rental Agreement

• Location Restrictions: The Vehicle may not be taken outside of BOHOL without prior written consent from us.

1. Rental Eligibility

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to rent a Vehicle.
2. Driver’s License: You must hold a valid driver’s license (Foreign or Local).
3. Payment Method: Our primary payment method is through CASH or GCASH APP. We also accept online Bank Transfer or Paypal (Paypal fee should be shouldered by the renter).

2. Vehicle Use

1. Not to use the vehicle to push, propel or tow another vehicle, trailer or any other thing without the written consent of the owner.
2. The vehicle should not be sold, pawn or re-rent to any other person without the consent of the owner.
3. Not to use the vehicle for commercial purposes (e.g., taxi or delivery services) without prior authorization.
4. Not to use the vehicle to carry properties that may cause damage to it.
5. Not to use the vehicle for racing, towing, or off-road driving.
6. Not to use the vehicle for any illegal purposes.
7. Not to use the vehicle in any negligent manner.
8. Not to let the vehicle to be operated by any other person without the consent of the owner (or his appointed representative).

3. Rental Period

1. Start and End Time: The rental period begins at the time the Vehicle is picked up and ends when it is returned to our designated location.
2. Extensions: If you need to extend the rental period, you must contact us in advance. Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Late Return: If the Vehicle is returned late, you may be charged an additional fee for each hour or day beyond the agreed return time.

4. Rental Fees and Payment

1. Rates: The rental rate is as agreed upon at the time of booking.
2. Deposit: No security deposit is required upon renting the vehicle.
3. Reservation Fees: Reservation fee are absolutely NON-REFUNDABLE.
4. Fuel: The renter shall return the vehicle with the same fuel level as it had at the time of rental.

5. Insurance and Liability

1. Insurance Coverage: The rental includes basic insurance coverage for the Vehicle.
2. Damage or Theft: You hereby agrees that you shall fully indemnify the OWNER for any and all loss of, or damage to the vehicle, or equipment during the term of this agreement, whether cause by collision, fire, flood, vandalism, theft or any other cause, except, that which may be determined to be caused by fault or defect of the vehicle equipment.
3. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the Vehicle.

6. Maintenance and Repairs

1. Vehicle Condition: You are responsible for maintaining the Vehicle in good condition during the rental period. Any mechanical issues or warning lights must be reported to us immediately.
2. Repairs: You are not authorized to perform or arrange any repairs to the Vehicle without our prior consent. Unauthorized repairs will not be reimbursed.
3. vehicle Inspection: The owner or any representative shall check the condition of the vehicle anytime.

7. Termination and Cancellation

1. Early Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and repossess the Vehicle at any time if you violate any terms of this Agreement.
2. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Vehicle, including any legal fees and costs.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Both parties agree to waive their right to a trial by jury.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately for new rentals.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and us concerning the rental of the Vehicle and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings of any kind.
